Because Basil's a dick. XD In all seriousness, he likely intended to make Spike jump, not to actually hurt him.

Hm... I also see that dragons aren't immune to phoenixfire, though they may be immune to dragonfire when the intent isn't to harm, since none of the others were hurt by Clubtail's belch.

Now if Reginald had been the one to spit fire at Spike, it would've been a Call Back to "Owl's Well That Ends Well".

Also, tiredness-fueled Crack Fic idea spawned from the previous page of this thread: Rarity has her sewing machine modified to be capable of altering the fabric of reality instead of just clothes fabric, and uses it to make everypony not have Barbie Doll Anatomy anymore so that ~~they'll need to buy clothes from her~~ she'll get to generously give them new clothes.

@Ginger: I have no idea. I stole it from the Image Macro thread. It's incredibly useful for stuff like this, though.

Anyway, as far as Futashy goes, it's just wierd. I've never been a big fan of sexualizing the cast, especially in their pony forms. I'll give it a few points for being kinda cute sometimes, but most of the time the main gimmick shoves it straight into Do Not Want territory.

And that's all I have to say about that.

ok, so, assuming it is Discord, cuase come on why would they get him to voice someone else, and according one person at the convention, the only character he claimed to voice was D, are we looking at sequel to Return of harmony with Discord getting out again somehow, or Prequel showing the Sisters initial defeat of him? Or something we'll never guess.

A Canterlot Wedding deals with Discord coming back

Princess Cadence was the princess who was tricked to drink the love poison. The spell broke when her lover, who was a regular pony, died.

She has issues with Discord because he allowed chaos to reign while she was poisoned.

It could be that Discord appears in a dream or other non-real sequence, or that someone or something conjures up an illusion of him.

Yeah, I'm guessing a flashback or something. Unless the plot of the episodes are "Discord breaks free again" I can't see how they'd bring him back otherwise.
