Most other games what I like are already crossed with MLP or ponification don't change much.

For the pony mash up with games, I've thought of what characters would go well in Final Fantasy 6. For example; Terra is Twilight, Celes is Trixy, Strago and Realm is Rarity and Sweetiebell respectively, Setzer is Rainbowdash.

How about stripping all non-alphanumeric characters (including spaces) from the names and converting them all to lowercase, to filter out posts from the same user?

We already got a mod of Robot Unicorn Attack, Rainbow Dash Attack, which works out really well :3

An Oblivion-style open-world RPG style game would be cool. Exploring the world, doing quests, minigames, some simple combat, plenty of character customization, and a ton of interactivity. You could even have a naughty/nice morality meter that impacts events and interactions in the game. (That's slightly more Mass Effect, but whatever)

Failing that, give me a Rhythm Ponies game.

The possibilities as far as pony games are in fact more in-depth than some poorly-made kiddie dress-up games. You could have a kind of Boutique Tycoon, a kind of fashion-derived Tycoon game featuring ponies like Rarity, Sapphire Shores, Photo Finish, Fancy Pants, Fleur, and everypony else joining in, where you have to establish and maintain fashion boutiques while developing stylish fashions that rock Equestria. Business and proper Fashion Design instead of silly shallow dress-up games.

So far, I haven't seen anything like it yet, but it's only a matter of time before a brony makes it.

Rhythm Ponies would work really well and be easy to implement. A Ponies RPG would rock mythical beasts, crazy ponies, zebras, and if you get tired of adventuring just grind on cake and dessert making.

Tactics Advance or A2 would work, as well.

Earth Ponies would likely have classes like Defender, Gladiator, Paladin, etc., Unicorns would be Black Mages, Sages, Illusionists, and I don't know about Pegasi.
