That red dragon has potential to be a real awesome guy if he learns to drop the jerkishness.

@deathpigeon I liked them beyond their jerkiness though.

I'm on about you and Angel

Spike can get help from fluttershy.
The candle that burns twice as bright burns twice as fast.
The idea of Angel throwing a rave party in Fluttershy's house while she's gone is hilarious.
Please knock it off and quit bringing it up every damn time Twilight does anything.
At the very least, don't say the same things over and over for literally 20 pages on end. That was painful to read through.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".

And you know what really sucks? I smashed my finger as a
direct result of making that post.

@deathpigeon Because they honestly seemed like friends...
@story I wasn't even on about Twi this time

Sure, everyone ignore my reactions. I guess they aren't important anyway.

I was quoting JT
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
Dragons, while not quite
Always Chaotic Evil, are at least established as being HIGHLY predisposed towards greed and other jerkish tendencies. Considering that these dragons were raised in an environment where that behaviour would be considered the norm, I'm honestly pleased by how nice they were

@ JT: Well, I finished up that post, leaned back in my computer chair, and put my hand on the armrest. After my moment of smug happiness, I sat back up and sort of half-stood to pull my chair back to the table so I could continue typing. Unfortunately for my poor poor finger, it's the kind of chair that springs back up when you take your weight off it, and my finger got caught between the chair and the underside of the table. It hurt, somewhere in the general pain area of "a lot."

Wow, that actually
is a really good point.

Anyway, I guess I was right about there being a Dragonshy callback, even if I was completely wrong about the specifics.

yeah, I agree they seemed more like frat boys then jocks.
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
They gave credit to Spike where it was considered (by them) due, even though he technically lost the splash contest
Where else would you see a group of bullies
PRAISING a belly flop?

What's the worst that could happen anyways?
I did wonder why they praised him on the belly flop. At first I thought it was a trick and tehy were going to haze him.

Yeah, I was surprised that the "initiation ritual" didn't involve injuring him somehow.
