I don't know. And asking that to a person with irrational disgust for fanfics, like me, is not a good idea.

I think maybe if they write the way the series writers write their scripts could be interesting.

Yeller: If the nap goes on for too long, it can be like getting woken early from an overnight sleep. Otherwise, I've got nothing (oversleeping can do it too, but if you need a nap in the first place...).

Such things exist. Actually no. Usually, bad attempts at such things exist. They're called Scriptfics and are usually looked down upon. They're even banned on FF.net (not that it makes much difference).

Yeah, but that's compared to other wood glues. It's not "superglue it to your face" fast, and if I remember right, you still have to let it sit for a few hours before it reaches full strength.

Ideal duration for a power nap is 15-20 mins, after that you sink so low into sleep that it takes more effort to wake up then it's worth.

As for the original question, I can't really explain even for myself the main reason. Maybe there are several reasons. To make the mistery bigger, comics involving the characters don't bother me. Maybe my brain consider them all as parodies, who knows?
