Depends on the fanfic. There's some bad stuff, particularly on fimfiction.net.

well yeah Aj's legs are going to be equally muscled in proportion to the rest of her, but RD's would be better defined.

RD goes martial arts too. How would that effect her body?

@ Oasis. There are A LOT of great fanfics out there for this stuff, you just have to find the kind you like. And this coming from someone who has (with one exception) never read a fan-fic before joining the Herd. (the one exception is Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality)

well, most martial arts aren't really about building mass, more working on reflexs and power, but if she practiced enough it would help keep her body pretty well defined.

Really i'd say AJ has the most mass, while RD doesn't really have a lot of mass, but what she has is very well toned.

To be fair, I don't say the fanfic was bad, but admit that's me the problem. I dislike reading lines like "blablabla, said Character X" when Character X is not from text media originally.

So yes, it's a silly irrational aversion of mine.

@CDRW: You can start with Homestuck. I would recommend Problem Sleuth as well though. It can be amusing, although it's a lot more silly.

@Bluespade: I was reminded of the Karkat memos a bit when Twilight was fighting with herself, but I'm not sure if it's a reference. The whole "it's my future self's problem!" thing has been used in a lot of works other than Homestuck; in particular Calvin and Hobbes had a storyline where Calvin tried to get out of his homework by time traveling to the future to get it from his future self, which had a lot of lines similar to that.
