As I said, Battles, but on a mental plane. Fighting with your beliefs and defending with your virtues

Well, unless you want Lester The Unlikely...
Now I'm imagining a story with a world in which physical contact is physically impossible. All conflict, communication and contact is made mentally.

Isn't directing others to be violent for you what RTS is all about?
This is why I love
Ace Attorney. All the battling is verbal

Yeah, but I'm talking in action game format. Like, you're a ghost or something an your NPC can see you, so you have to direct him to do stuff for you.
I still think having a mental battle based system would at least be interesting to experiment with.
I know it would mostly come in the form of dressing up elements like magic with different names, but I still like stuff like that. Presentation (not graphics, but aesthetics) counts for a lot as well.

Back from work, and Kegi you mean something like
Pikmin?
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
Have I mentioned how much I hate how damn stuborn and hard headed my bosses are? They harp on me that I need to get the stock room emptied in the right amount of time, (company has a 8 hour policy, all merchandise from the truck should be on the floor within 8 hours.) But won't listen to me when I say that it is physically impossible to do that with the amount of man-hours people work back there.
I CAN do math, if you need to process 5 boxes an hour per person (the company approved average a person should do)....but with the amount of hours people work back there most trucks would need 8-9 boxes an hour per person, and they just don't want to hear that.

and I killed the thread again.
where is everypony...don't leave me.....i don't wanna be alone /cry

Next time someone goes off about Pinkie Pie "breaking the fourth wall", tell them that's nothing compared to Razzaroo.
I actually liked the way this episode handled Pinkie because it scaled down her wackiness from Looney Tunes slapstick to relegating a lot of the looniness to her personality. The gags she does are things that the other ponies could do, but wouldn't, rather than things the other ponies wouldn't be capable of.
I just sighed when she asked where that flower pot came from -_-

That really didn't bug me much; if she had been doing stuff like that during the whole episode it would have been annoying.

It was more because of the impending fandom reaction to it that I feared.
Kinda like how that was my mane problem with the Party Cannon, not the gag itself
