Well, that is actually what a lot of people argue for things like Black History Month and whatnot. There shouldn't be a holiday, there should be a default.

Heck they say that about CHRISTMAS! True, it should feel like Christmas all year long, meaning we should feel love and be together with those we love, but that's more of a saying.

With regards to race and gender, they SHOULD be appreciated all year long.

Yeah, why should Christmas last only one month a year? Fortunately, the retailers agree with you.

^ I think Brony is the best term. Pegasister is awkward because it sounds like sister beater in Spanish. And besides it's easier to just have a single gender neutral term.

Yeah, let's just treat the sexes/races/ethnics/etc. equally, instead of putting them into special groups or anything. Regardless if it's supposed to glorify them, it's deviating away from the original goal of having everyone as equals, except in reverse!

Alicorns didn't exist when Equestria was made. Luna and Celestia were previously 3 ponies each, choosen/elected to merge and become the new rulers/gods.

Bonus: The Mane Six are destined to have the same destiny: be merged in 2 alicorns and replace them. Hey, they even already hold the Elements of Harmony!
