@crowlover: To me, Celestia is made of primary ponies and Luna of secondary ones. Lemme explain that:

Primary ponies: that one that embrace and excel what their race is about: TS tries to master magic, RD flight and AJ is all about growing apples.

Secondary ones: Rarity, Fluttershy and PP

So, assuming that the legendary founders of Equestria were much the as same as their actresses in the paly we saw... I disagree with your WMG.
