Reshelving day and the checklists for her checklists seem to be the only major examples considering her downplayed role this season though I can understand it being seen as a bit of Flanderization.

Winter Wrap Up, she shows proficiency in putting a team together and assigning ponies to roles where they can be most effective.
On the other hand, she does only have
Lesson Zero as her one focus episode so far, and that was pretty bad in terms of characterization. I can only hope they do better in the upcoming episode.
The time travel shenanigans aren't doing a good job of making me optimistic, though.

She has great Class Chairman skillz. I'm not quite as good, but seeing that I can run X-Com on a profit and make good theme parks in Roller Coaster Tycoon, I might have that in common with her :D
