Crowfall: Well, I don't know if that would make much of a difference. Sure, less weight means less strain, but smaller tends not to be as sturdy either (although that's a general statement as I'm not familiar with horses).

Ace: Hehe, I don't know. A friend made it up as her OC's home town, so I'll have to ask her.
Lurker: In the training grounds IRC. It started out as a way to develop our OCs by having them interact with each other in a chat room and it just kind of evolved from there. Now we've got little arcs running, which includes Night Flurry's attempts to woo Dusky. It's just been such a fun part of the development that when carrying the personalities developed therein over to the ask blogs, the stories basically have to come along too, otherwise it loses context.

I actually could see flashy horseshoes or, y'know, anklets or that sort of thing. Having the only visible part of the decoration also be the part you step is a bit of a design predicament.
