^'Ditzy' usually implies just a general clumsiness.

Ditzy implies airheadness.
Because "for the lulz" is a perfectly good reason to do something.
"Thievin' whut now?!"

You could say the same for everypony in the show at one point or another. Sweetie Belle is a child, thinking things through isn't something children are best known for.
Because "for the lulz" is a perfectly good reason to do something.
I keep thinking that Friendship is Magic may have pulled a little switcheroo with Pinkie Pie and Sweetie Belle, because in earlier cartoons Pinkie Pie was pretty mellow and a little dim, in an endearing, Winnie-the-Pooh sort of way, while in later cartoons Sweetie Belle was voiced by Andrea Libman and has been into some of the same activities as Pinkie Pie. I wonder if they'll try to make Sweetie Belle into Pinkie Pie's protegee again down the line.
And my friend has indicated that he was able to get one of the posters (albeit with a fold in it).
Ask him who the chaps in the balloon are.

It's tough to say which CMC is my favorite. They're all likable in there own right. But if I have to pick one, it would be Sweetie Bell.
Don't make me fire Pinky's party cannon.
Here's a new topic that I discussed earlier on Equestria Forums: Rarity's singing voice. Is it just me, or does it just sound nothing like Rarity's talking voice? It just sounds too deep and low pitched to sound like Rarity to me
Low-pitched? I'd say her speaking voice is much deeper than her singing voice.
There's a spot in Art of the Dress where you can pretty obviously hear the singer taking over, and she's much higher-pitched.
Bide your time and hold out hope.
Actually, I agree. Rarity's sining voice sounds like a mezzo-soprano, but her speaking voice sounds like a soprano.
Now we're discussing the TONE of the Pony's song-voice actors? really? o_o
This is TV Tropes. What did you expect?

But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...
One thing I like about this thread is our general agreement to look at the fact that they're animated ponies, agree on that, then set it aside and get down to discussing things like politics and theology. With that in mind, discussing voice actors and singers is actually a step back toward normal levels of investigation, really. =D

I definitely think you're right about Applebloom having the most character development. It's because she's gotten pretty much her own episode - that's one of the things I'd like to see in the second season, is a focus episode for each of the CMC individually.
My first episode was The Cutie Mark Chronicles (not the best as a start, but how was I supposed to know that when inflipped to The Hub that day?) and I just loved Scootaloo. I could all too identify with the willful ignoring of the Aesop, "All these stories are about namely pamby stuff like finding out who you really are!". And I could see why I would have loved this to pieces as a little kid!
