I was thinking about Pony version of X-mas. They must have this (Asome holidays mentioned by RD) and popular teory that this is Winter Moon Celebration, it fit perfect.

I have teory that Celestria turn this holiday into something like Chrismas, holiday about sharing love, kindness and gifst, so ponies could forget about evil Luna and connote her holiday with something good.

Later, after Luna return Celestria could give her special role for this holiday. She could go to every pony house in at least one town at year (full Equestria is to much ) and give everypony presents, so everypony could easly start love Luna again and not asociate her with Nightmare Moon.

Yes, in my teory Luna is Pony Santa (or maybe Santa Christ)

It sounds nice, but it sort of seems unfair that she only goes to one village a year. All the other kinds would feel left out, wouldn't they? You know, given the amount of Magic at their disposal, I don't think it would be unreasonable to expect that Luna could at least visit every town every year.At the very least, every major place. Pony society seems to have that big emphasis on community, so a yearly migration to the nearest population centre to await a visit from Luna seems right up their alley.

The video is crap, but tell me that doesn't sound like something Fluttershy would sing. It even sounds sort of like her.

Well Luna could do this in town where holiday is hosted.

And well it just begining, first times when she do this, new tradition. Later both royal sisters can make up some solution to give presenst to everypony. And everyone in Equestria to.

Do you reckon Luna has a pet? Celestia has Philomena (which definitely evokes imagery of the sun). I think Luna should have some kind of dark or night based creature as a pet

On Winter Moon Day

Now I'm envisioning shortly after she Banishes Nightmare Moon to the moon she stats a bunch of night holidays as a sort of post-mortum fix. Hiring Pegasi and unicorns with dark coats to act and stand in Lunas. Of course eventualy words get out this is "Celestia's doing" so when Luna returns she has to fight against the fact "moon holidays" are under Celestia's banner

So, we've already established that Fluttyshy is the re-incarnation of Lacus Clyne◊ and Ranbow Dash is a carbon-copy of Buttercup, (or, if you prefer, Sonic the Hedgehog as a Teenage Girl.) I've been trying to find people who are near identical copies of the mane cast. Same personality, same voice. I didn't think I'd find anything capable of matching Pinkie Pie's insane energy. I was wrong. Meet Ms. Splosion Man. Basically, picture Pinkie on a sugar high.

So if anyone remembers that parody I did of Lonely Island's Jack Sparrow replacing the Pirates of the Carribean with Friendship is Magic, I finally got around to replacing the 3 other movies with animated shows, since I want to create a silly picture to go with it for this week's DA ATG theme. If there are any Princess Tutu fans here who want to cry foul on me if I happened to not do the research correctly (having never seen the show, the extent of my knowledge is from the tropes page here, but it seemed to fit so well, I tried anyway) if that first reference seems way out of wack, please do.
