Actually, I disagree on RD. I think someone who was a 'bad pony' would probably be unable to get out of the friend zone. I'd bet on Rarity or perhaps Twilight going for one instead.

I guess she could have been into that type when she was younger, but we really haven't seen enough of young Rarity to be able to tell.

A bad boy is what Twilight isn't. RD would just become best friends with a bad boy type, but I could see Twilight being intrigued by someone so different from herself. She's also rather naive and has a supportive fix-it personality.
