^^^Having a specific spell entirely for page-turning would be silly and entirely inefficient. That just looked like basic telekinesis to me. And no, I don't think we've ever seen Sweetie Belle using magic; it looks like her horn isn't developed enough.

I thought of that too, but it's kinda an important part of his character that his identity as Zero is a secret. Making that his cutie mark would be rather counterproductive.

Knowing Jeremiah's luck, the orange cutie mark came completely out of left field, which is why it's such a sensitive subject for him. That and THE PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION OF LOYALTY doesn't really make a good cutie mark.
