Silly tropers, you're supposed to deep fry pancakes.

I'm asking how would they like them/which one they would prefer.

I thought pancakes were ment to be grilled. Or is that the Japanese/Asian method? Because it's really delicious especially if you spend the bling to get your pancakes done with proper high-quality flour mix in a good grilling iron. Mmmm-yum. Also, I like mine served with ice cream and jam or jelly or chocolate sauce.

I wonder what kind of flour mix they use in Equestria to make pancakes.

Also, by the way, gelatin is usually done with agar (seaweed/algae extract) these days, and marshmallows are usually made with corn starch or some other kind of starch mix.

Now I'm really curious to see a Wandering Gourmet Pony travelling across the towns, villages, and cities of Equestria to sample the good eats.

@Ace I'm pretty sure we make them that way, first time I've heard that as a topping choice, and a pony like that would be quite interesting.

I just use a frying pan myself.

I could live with a Scootaloo episode myself: the other two crusaders have had episodes, but Scootaloo is just there. We don't even know if she has family.

The writers hate her. You know what that means?

We don't know if Scootaloo has a family or not because it's to dark to have her as an abandoned filly living off the streets and in the CMC club house.

Is there a trope for a character the audience loves but the writers hate, the opposite of The Wesley?

If there isn't, I guess there could be now. And honestly having a trope as prevalent as that named The Scootaloo would be fantastic. Confusing, but fantastic.

That would be awesome, but alas, the wiki hates awesomeness. Even The Wesley is no longer named The Wesley.

I don't mind not having a Scootaloo episode.

Depending on how you define "hate", Ensemble Darkhorse is pretty much that.

It's become a tradition for them to not make a Scootaloo episode.

Ensemble Darkhorse is close, but it's not what I'm looking for.

@CDRW The problem with making a new trope for that would be that it is very hard to determine whether or not the creators had any actual dislike for the character in question. With The Wesley, it's easy to tell, because the internet makes itself very clear when a character isn't liked. All you can really gauge is how much focus a character gets, which is what Ensemble Darkhorse is based off of.
