Pinkie isn't focused enough to do any real evil; even if she wanted to be evil, she'd be too easily distracted. Minion with an F in Evil at worst, or maybe Perky Female Minion.

Also, Big Mac and Apple Bloom being body-swapped would be awesome.

I don't think Blueblood would very successful as a villain. Most of his acts would merely be petty or spiteful rather than having some sort of endgame. Trixie would perform acts to cause as much fear or awe as possible throughout Equestria which could make her dangerous if she plans carefully.
