@Bad Wolf Who: "Trolling" usually describes actions that try to goad someone into anger or rage for your own personal amusement. The closest I think any of her actions come to that is her response for inviting the girls to the Gala, and even then I don't think she expected all of that to happen.

Cranky was essentially the victim of bullying by an obnoxious kid, Chariot, how can you interpret him as being in the wrong here? He was minding his own business doing nothing to her and she rummages through his stuff, calls him a name you could tell he didn't like, announcing to be entire town off is scalp condition, invading his home, stalking him, tooling around with his fragile stuff, and destroying his property!
The latter half should've landed her in court!

Pinkie does owe him bigtime, even though she did make it up to him by reuniting him with Matilda. So much foreshadowing the ending that's easy to see, but still a pretty neat one.
