Cranky was NOT being a jerk, again if anything he was being TO nice to Pinkie. and the end was NOT a
Deus ex Machina. If you can see it coming from half an episode away, it did not come from no where. Was it extremely contrived, yes, but not a DEM.

Anyway, about the episode. I think Cranky had every right to be annoyed at Pinkie. She was being rather intrusive and... destructive.
Don't make me fire Pinky's party cannon.

To me, Pinkie was being really annoying, but she was genually trying to help Cranky, and Cranky could have been less jerky torwards Pinke at the stat.
Episode still didn't give me any more respect for Pinkie... she's still bottom of the pile for me.
