@Bluespade, You kidding? Irish and Scottish people are the coolest sounding ones!
I analyze "Geek Culture" here.
When All Else Fails, worry, that's the 14 way.

My family's of Irish descent, so I love most Irish accents.
@Ginger: Rarity doesn't have her parents' accent either, not even when she drops her affectation. Accent doesn't seem to be a regional thing, but more of a matter of personal taste. XD

Can you think inside the chimney?
@Mousa: You spent some years in Egypt? That's pretty cool, I've never been outside of the U.S. unfortunately.
@Applelight: You're Irish, aren't you? <_<

Peruvian/Irish 50% split here
With a wife like that who can blame him?
@Ginger: Probably because Sweetie Belle is a main character and her parents are one shot gag characters.
@Everyone else: Sorry, it's one of my faults.

I've lived in New England all my life, and I've never heard anyone who sounds like Rarity.
What I
thought it sounded like, I don't live way up there....
I live in South Florida, meng. Surplus of heavily mangled english laced with "threes" sounding like "trees" and the rapid spanish of a Cuban muchacho.
....God, I hate the Cuban accent.
They taught there's no curls too tight, no mind too bright, no skin too dark

@Syd: Hey, cool! I'm actually from the western end of the state. My roommate here in Boston calls me hill folk, which I find insulting but can't deny. XD

@Mousa I honestly can't tell that anyone I know has an accent.
but... Communication was exceptionally hard when I was in New York. No one could understand us. -_-

My grandmother lives in springfield, MA. No offense but I cant stand the NE states. Really anything north of NYC. And if I stay in NYC for then like 3 days I go insane anyway
With a wife like that who can blame him?
I live in Bawlteemer Merlund... or something like that. Warshington Deecee is about an hour away.
I am pretty sure Rarity is faking her accent

@Flapjack: Where are you from? I want to know if I should engage the regionalism defense rays or not. XD
