Fluttershy= White, though my sister's idea of her being Arab intrigues me. I considered Southeast Asian once upon a time but combined with my vehement hate of Moe and the idea of Yamato Nadeshiko and unfortunate implications I decided against it.

I could see Twilight as Indian as well. And its not just because she's purple. Something about her just says to me she's not white. Maybe its just the fact that I like the idea of smart minority girls.

Rarity definitely white though. She's got that whole southern belle thing going on. Maybe Applejack too because of the whole accent thing.
