@Calnos: It doesn't apply if you're a part of Texas. Texans are allowed to mess with each other. I think. I really have no idea. I'm from New Jersey. And no, I'm not a Guido. Real Jerseyans hate those guys.

@ L Mage: You clearly haven't drunk a good cuppa then.

Only explanation.

Maybe, apparently finding good tea is hard in the states.

@Calnos: What about me? I lived in Texas for two years, how much messing with does that entitle me to?

I tried tea once. It was horrible.

Well since were on this topic. Is it required to eat crumpets with tea or is that just the stereotypical info that Americans have been handed down?

I still don't get the appeal of Coffee to this day. It's just so bitter. It hurts to drink.

Not as bad as Lem Sip though (then again, NOTHING is as bitter as Lem Sip)

[up] I eat my crumpets with hot chocolate

I have never eaten crumpets with tea.

Usually I just have biscuits for dipping.

Now my follow-up question: what is a crumpet?

What the hell did I just lurk through?

Also, while I don't drink coffee myself, only black coffee is bitter. Most people put plenty of milk and sugar in it.

I eat scones or biscotti with tea. I've never met anyone who has crumpets with tea.

A crumpet /ˈkrʌmpɨt/ is a savoury griddle cake made from flour and yeast. It is eaten mainly in the United Kingdom and other nations of the Commonwealth. Crumpets are somewhat similar in appearance, not in flavour, to North American pancakes, where both have pores caused by expanding air bubbles.

@Ginger: My earlier joking aside, I agree with you. Coffee tastes like brewed ass. Tea is much better.

@Crowfall; ...Probably more than me, seeing as I only lived there for 2 months. I grew up and live in Arkansas.

[up][up][up][up] I live in the South, but thankfully I've managed to avoid getting an accent. I can fake one fairly well though.
