So do they have fried pickles in the UK. Fried Pickles are pickles...that are fried. Americans don't really nickname food that much (that's what fast food companies are for). Now we will arbitrarily re-name food if we are mad at your country, which is how you get things like Sauerkraut=Liberty Cabbage, Dachshund sausage=Hot Dogs (both courtesy of WWI) and of course the more infamous "freedom fries" of the Iraq War.

She'd probably be into those fancy-sounding foods where there are only like 2 bites worth of food on the plate.

@Fallen: I'm sorry, but a good medium-rare burger with barbeque sauce, bacon, and fried onion always defeats a taco of any kind. Trufax.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone actually use "Libery Cabbage" instead of Sauerkraut, and I'm pretty only about four people ever took "freedom fries" seriously.

Another thing I don't get. I won't eat a burger unless it's brown all the way through. I don't trust pink beef.
