Personally, I think that we should leave the main 16 unwritten, so that we can add more tropes about them without contradicting anything. But you can always make Expanded Universe fanfics.

Ginger: I guess I'd be willing to take a shot at it. I do like snarky conversations and going off the synopsis, there will probably be plenty of those.

Yeller: Might be a bit too late for that now that people have started. Besides, once the fics are written, actual tropes from the fics can be thrown up there.

Well you could always say that the fanfics people are writing are actual fanfics. They don't have to be the "original" books. And it would also let us create a Fanfic Recs page.

Also, I think The Noetherian Ring would be a funny name for an artifact, but I'm not sure where the best place to work it in is.
