My headcanon is that Barnyard Bargains is like that one store from the simpsons which sells supersized versions of everything. That's where I think Hugh buys his massive jars of Jelly

Plus, imagining Berry Punch knocking over a pony shaped bottle of maple syrup and thinking she's killed somepony is hilarious. XD

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought this shot was creepy

Personal note about Pony shipping: I don't like the idea of shipping in a series like this. Not because they're ponies, but because the series is about friendship. And I don't really understand the interest in shipping background ponies any more than I understand why people make huge elaborate fanon about Touhou.

Ouch, this episode hit me right in the shipping. =D I'm glad to see they only aesop'd against forcing pairings, though. Ones that would work naturally are still allowed. =)

Also, I really like that Lyra/Bonbon and Ditzy/Whooves are now tacitly creator-approved.

And once again, the shipping is ALL people are interested in.

sometimes I think executives should just get rid of all the animators and writers and just have twenty minutes of a black surface with 20 differently coloured pegs randomly dotted across the screen.

I guarentee, people will STILL be shipping those pegs based on how often certain pegs are positioned next to others
