People probably hate Scootaloo because she is a clone of their precious Rainbow Dash, people are not a fan of kids characters and clones and Scoots just happens to be both. Sweetie on the othe hand is nothing like her sister.

I simply have no feelings for Scootaloo, she simply leaves no impression.

Scootaloo's not that similar to Dash, really. She's nowhere near as proud as Dash, for instance; Scoots' idol is Dash, and so is Dash's. That sort of self-confidence changes how a character acts.

I love most of the characters in the show, really. The only ones I dislike are the Flim Flam brothers, and maybe Blueblood, but to a much lesser extent. Snips and Snails are also poor representations of their sex, I think.

I like Scootaloo, but I find Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom more endearing. I think it might be be because she's more of a Tagalong Kid then they are; I dunno.

If Leon dose turn out to be legit, it will raise some questions about the mysterious Third Pony Sister. The fact that he looks like Blueblood only helps things.

So assume that he is indeed Celestia's cousin (which by extension makes him Luna's cousin) that means the he must be the son of either their aunt/uncle, or the son of one of their other cousins. If he was the descendent of the Third Sister he would be their great-great-great-great-X number of greats nephew.

I still like to think of Blueblood as a Duke...possibly even the Duke of Canterlot.

It's entirely possible to be a Duke and a Prince...for example The Queen Of The UK's husband, Prince Phillip The Duke Of Edinburgh.

The Flim Flam brother's song is too catchy for me to not like them. Then even got Twilight to do the cider chant!

I will now amuse myself by misinterpreting Flim giving Apple Bloom a kiss early in the song.

Oh, and I don't really dislike any of the characters. Pinkie Pie is the closest to that, but she's had one or two good episodes to make up for it.

I tend to assume that Prince and Princess are just generic terms for any kind of noble, similar to how it was in the Holy Roman Empire.

Police Constable Peeler saw that...he shouts NONCE!!!...then swiftly tackles the brother and arrests them.

That's probably the best course of action.

Are we even sure what Léon's gender is? The name is male (and the hooves are visible), but the design is a Palette Swap of Rainbow Dash.

Also, since the text specifies an age of four years, the Rainbow Dash design makes Léon a case of Artistic Age.

...Either this story was written and illustrated completely separately, or They Just Didn't Care.

I liked Celestia and Luna as deity-esque, unique entities. Every new winged unicorn they introduce takes away from the show's mythology and their importance in particular.
