AJ would NOT sacrifice her values just to win. that was another morale there, If you sacrifice what you believe in to win, you won't really win.
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
I did feel a twinge of
Cut Lex Luthor a Check when I saw the
SSCS 6 K though.
Technological prowess like that has SO many applications beyond cider making

Or even reasonably-paced cider making itself. If they wouldnt have wanted to bet, they could have driven the apples out of business fairly, on the long term.

They still would have had to find enough apples to make that much cider.

The Flim Flam brothers are complete monsters? What, is brony99 back?
...Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Don't make me fire Pinky's party cannon.
@Ever Well that's why they're villains. They were jerks who flaunted their skills despite needing to rely on others anyway.
They needed apples from somewhere to use in their machine and since they identified themselves as TRAVELING salesponies, they'd need to get their supply from local orchards. (since I can't imagine importing apples being a very practical LONG TERM business module, given the amount of Cider they promised to produce.)
This means that they were taking down SAA for no reason other than that they could.
sorry If I didn't make much sense

YMMV doesn't mean "There is absolutely no standards or logic that qualify." Should I bring it to Discussion.
Who are also great singers.
Technically Flim and Flam didn't cheat; they just traded quality for quantity.
I'MA RAPE YA, BITCH!
The Flim Flams weren't
C Ms by any definition of the word. They weren't even really all that bad. They were spiteful, cut throat, and ruthless, but so are most businessmen

The apples mentioned that the money they get from selling cider is what keeps them afloat. They lose Cider selling rights they've all but lost the farm anyway

^They were worse than 'just business' required, though. Driving the Apple family out of business, discussing demolishing their
home right in front of them, and taunting them that they failed at their family business so badly they should change their names? Not sporting, not fair business, and certainly grounds to have them run out of town.
Huh. Was Bonbon's voice this episode consistent with another one? She sounded kind of familiar. (Also, "I can't get the taste off my tongue!" indeed. Good job, Daisy.)
Can you think inside the chimney?
My point is, they're not actually bad guys as such. They didn't actively prevent the Apples from making their cider or anything, they just tried to outdo them.
I'MA RAPE YA, BITCH!
Oh hell yes, they're attitude and motive is where they become villains rather than their actual actions

YMMV page for that eps suffer Square Peg Round Trope, I deleted Woobie from there (for Rainbow), now I see Moral Event Horizon.

That cool new pony.
They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.
Even if they didn't start as villains, they became them by episode's end
