Interesting note for those who watched the bloopers

apparently the Sonic Rainboom doesn't just shatter the sound barrier, and the light spectrum but also time, cause when Filly Dash did hers she had the competition sticker on her flank meaning she never did it as a filly, as she approached the event horizon she and adult dash temporarily swapped places, possibly at the same moment meaning adult dash did 2 sonic rainbooms simultaneously while filly dash was shunted to temporal limbo...

According to some bullies in Sonic Rainboom, Dash got kicked out of flight school at some point. Now Dash is a good flyer but she tends to either showboat or overestimate her abilities so this doesn't seem too terribly surprising, though I wonder about the exact circumstances that got her explelled.
