I don't want to sound like a dick here, but I think the simple fact is there is a lot you could do to improve your art. A lot of artists get complacent, thinking that simply practicing and drawing a lot will make them better. Practicing a lot is definitely important, but you have to push your boundaries if you want to improve. Try drastically different techniques, and work on your technical skills.
Start drawing from life, this is a really huge way to improve your self. No matter how cartoony your style is the result will be better if you're used to thinking in 3d, as though you were drawing realistically. From what I've seen of your art Mousa, I would suggest a much slower, more deliberate approach. Before drawing each limb or section of the body, pause and really think about it, picture it as a three dimensional image, and how that would look from the perspective given.
I used to be an artist, but I gave up because I improved much too slowly and it took too much time away from my writing. However I learned a whole lot from listening to skilled artists, seeking out advice, and trying new things. After giving up drawing for about a year, I decided on a whim to give it a try, but I did something different: I drew in public, and I just carefully studied the people around me before drawing, taking their arms, legs, etc as an example. Despite having not drawn in over a year, my art drastically improved just from this style. You can do this with yourself too. Study your own hands and arms and try and draw that. Draw your normal characters from perspectives you don't normally use, and think really hard about how it ought to look. Pay close attention to the skeleton beneath the skin and how it fits together, because that will determine whether your people are human shaped or fall into the
Uncanny Valley.
Also try and draw as few lines as possible. A lot of artists strive for detail and end up making their art into a huge mess.
