That's what I figured too.

I think it'd be pretty interesting, especially if they decided to avert talking animals and have the pets be unintelligable throughout.

I'd guess they would; it would just be strange for them to suddenly start talking after being unintelligible for so long. Although I personally probably wouldn't find an episode solely about the pets all that interesting.

I think it'd depend on the plot for me. If the entire episode was SOLELY about them then there'd be little to keep my interest outside of the novelty.

You assumed they WOULD talk? Or that they wouldn't?
