Well, all the ponies can jump very well. And a lot of parkour moves that involve hands and arms are impossible for ponies... so really, given the jumping prowess I'm sure we've seen Applejack display before, we can probably say that while she wouldn't consider it 'parkour' or, probably, know many of the advanced moves, she would likely be able to hold her own against Dash through sheer bull-headedness and resilience.

Pinkie clearly knows how to TAS her way around, glitching from place to place with clipping exploits. She needs no parkour, lol.

TAS: Tool-Assisted Speedrun, a fancy way of speedrunning for entertainment by exploiting frame-by-frame precision and/or knowledge of procedural random numbers to beat games far faster than normally possible. In theory, ideal TAS moves can be executed on real hardware using a real controller, although most folks aren't that quick with their fingers.

That has more to do with the skill of those involved then the style itself.

It's like saying....can a six shooter beat a shotgun? They both have pros and cons, but in the end it rests with the shooter/fighter.
