I managed to get an interview for a university in the end. The coppers came by and sweeped the area for prints, and the episode was nowhere NEAR as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I figured that the episode would end with the babies eventually tiring out and going to sleep, without Pinkie figuring out how to handle them, so the babies giving up wasn't much different. Either way, the point is that Pinkie recognizes her problem.

That's good to hear. At least two of those worked out relatively well. How do you think the interview went?

Yeah, that's how I thought it would go to. I mean, I don't think actual babies would equate "babysitter crying" to "we need to be cooperative". I do think you have a point, Ginger. Pinkie normally getting off scot-free whenever she's the cause of some other trouble got somewhat annoying.

I bet that the twins will be more cooperative with Pinkie from now on, though, and admittedly I thought that "Pinkie crying and twins suddenly cooperate" was a bit sudden.

Would you guys stop! I get the whole "She suffered enough in her head" thing (it happened with Rare in Sweet And Elite) but because it was Pinkie, the character whom I get annoyed with for NOT gtting called out on her actions, her suffering didn't feel satisfying enough being purely internal

So the ideal ending for you would have been for Pinkie to cry herself to sleep only to be awoken by the angry faces of Mr. and Mrs. Cake.

Well it certainly would have been a more realistic ending. Oh well, i found Pinkie's tears to be most satisfying.

My ideal ending would've been for that to happen, then Pinkie promising the Cakes that she'd vow to be more responsible from then on, and studying what the cakes did with the children more intently, so if they ever trusted her enough in the future, she'd be ready for it.

I wanted her to learn from a complete failure, basically. Her getting a lucky break from the kids is what bugged me

I mean, I know that she learned that responsibility and playtime are two different things, but she never really learned how to be responsible, like how to actually take care of them. I mean, I know she was following the list, but it still didn't work.
