Well, any comments on my wall of text?
Nah, I think it stumbled over a rock and broke it's ankle or something. It's not dead, but it's sure as hell slowed down.
I suppose it's possible. Go ask a baker about alleles and gene theory some time, see if he can explain why his kid can roll his tongue but he can't.
So you are, so you are. Did your day ever improve? Before the episode things seemed to be going pretty shitty for you.
Today's episode... I can somewhat understand why it wouldn't be liked because of the ending, but after reading the Homage entry on its recap page, I suppose it makes sense. It's all about instilling guilt into the young!
As for the ponies, I agree that Rainbow Dash was kinda dickish, but Rarity... You've all seen how badly she handles kids (Sisterhooves Social and the end of The Stare Master). She knows that she wouldn't be able to handle babies.
If you wish to know, you only need to ask.
Was Rainbow being dickish? Yeah her excuse is one of the weaker ones, but did she know that the Cakes had already checked with everyone else? Plus Pinkie was right there clamoring to watch the kids, so she knew she wasn't their only option.
Okay, someone tell me what Ginger's reaction to the episode was!
Also, my thoughts:
1. Pound and Pumpkin are
adorable when they're not crying or causing trouble.
2. I really liked Mr. Cake in this episode for some reason, I don't know why XD
3. I felt really
really sad when Pinkie broke down.
4. Great, another episode that brings to mind uncomfortable thoughts about when
I have kids XD
5. Aside from their parents not being there I kept wondering exactly what the heck the twins were so upset about.
6. You would think that eventually the kids would mellow out, and that it wouldn't take Pinkie throwing a screaming fit to get them to realize that they should be cooperative.
Tick Tock, goes the clock/ He cradled and he rocked her/ Tick Tock, goes the clock/Till River kills the Doctor.
Liked it except he didn't think Pinkie suffered enough in the ending.
Ginger liked it, but hated how the problem was ultimately resolved.
If you wish to know, you only need to ask.
How did he hate it? I mean, I know that they still asked her to be it and she still accepted, but I can imagine why.

Pretty sure RD's backstory episode will bring up the matter of her parentage. Also, why did she drop out of flight school?

Nonono, the problem of how Pinkie handles the babies. He thinks that having the stinkers who caused the trouble suddenly resolve the trouble without Pinkie figuring out a way to do it instead was a big cop-out.
If you wish to know, you only need to ask.
