We still needed some happy ending in the end, obviously. It just bothers me the kids just gave her a break and that's it. Heck, I'd rather have her, say, discover the kids favourite lullaby or something somewhere in the huge list of instructions the Cakes left (which Pinkie didn't even read, I believe).
@Ginger, Its because we care about you. Or we want to ship you with Pinkie. Whatever works.
I was kinda hoping this ep would make you like Pinkie more.

The internet is the realm of chaos, but not all chaos is evil.
Pinkie did fail, ginger. She failed HARD. Now it's not really needed that the two persons that are the closest to her parents lose any bit of faith they may have in her.

@Pan So you like that they care more about PP than their own parents. -_-

It's because we don't get why your so upset about it, you admit you liked how Pinkie was portyed, and the fact that she learned a lesson for once, but then you rail about how she shouldn't have or didn't learn the lesson? I'm just confused.
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
Err, Ginger, the Babies never treated the cakes bad during the ep. I didn't see evidence that they like Pinkie more.

Eh. I can see both sides of this. Y'all need to stop overreacting. All of you. That's what y'all means.
Does she really need to be called out on it? She knows she screwed up. She told Celestia how she screwed up. She's actively trying to not screw up the same way in the future. Why is being called out on it so important?
@Cookoo I meant that they said Pinkie's name BEFORE they said they're parents names I believe

And their first words were Pinkie Pie. Not Dad or Mum.
It's never confirmed that those were their
first words.
Bide your time and hold out hope.
