Like I said, philosophy is on our side.
If you need to, in any way, 'justify' yourself watching MLP, just go re-read my 'Bronic Confessions' again.
Here it is again for those who don't know

I agree, it's really easy to snap back at the haters. But just remember, if we love and tolerate, it'll just make us look better.
But I still love how they accuse us of being immature.

Even an intelligent response would have a 50/50 chance of getting replies calling you a "faggot". Just let them make fools of themselves.

Kill for the Living, Kill for the Dead.
Best part about using logic and intelligence on the internet:
When people call you a 'fag' because of your logic, you feel better.
Considering that most of the opposition to us liking ponies are the same ten-year-old idiots who troll Xbox Live...
I think we're good
Nothing is cooler than science and ponies
Oddly enough
YouTube of all places is rather indifferent/benevolent to the show. Probably due to a lack of
Justin Bieber or
Rebecca Black but it's something.

Kill for the Living, Kill for the Dead.
Seconded.
This is an pretty awesome fandom, considering its
origins.

Here's the way I see it:
Justin Beiber fans are screaming pre-teen girls who are suffering from hormonal stress and need an outlet.
Friendship is Magic fans are across the board, ranging from seven year old girls, to the periphery demographic of... well us. Our vocalization doesn't come from 'lolomgsquee'. It comes from a love of genuinely-good cartoons, some sugar-coated aesops, and clop-fiction.
Y Ou do the math
Nothing is cooler than science and ponies
Though we could do without the clopfiction...
It gives the creepy people something to keep them occupied while the rest of us go on and write philosophical dissertations

Rule 34 gonna Rule 34. *shrug*
Also, lol at people "singing" Winter Wrap Up in the comments.

Youtube comments for the show are kind of non-horrible. I like that.
Quick question:
At what point should I give my ED submission up for a lost cause?
Nothing is cooler than science and ponies
That makes sense.
I just don't wanna be waiting all summer, then getting an e-mail saying that it was rejected three days after I submitted.

Mine is being reviewed by the proofreaders, who have concerns about the Mary sueness of White Rose
7 friends, a robot, and a spirit, will find a way to protect us...if it kills them.
It seems to vary a lot, I guess based on how busy the pre-readers are at the time? The first two I submitted got admitted or rejected within about a day, but the most recent one I sent in has been sat on for three or four days now.

Its legendary status pretty much guaranteed the ED post.
EDIT: Damn ninja.

Behold! Grammer Nazis, behold the sigh of Engrish mine!
Plus, they didn't always. Back in the older, slower days, it was just Sethisto alone, and he didn't always have time to check everything. So if there were a lot of requests to put something up, he just tossed it on without checking. It lead to more than few outcries, which is why he has pre-readers now.
Cupcakes! Oh god, i can't unread what i just read.
7 friends, a robot, and a spirit, will find a way to protect us...if it kills them.
I could write something real sweet and heartwarming and at the same time gutbustingly funny about Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie to reverse the Cupcakeness. Not shipping though. Never been in a healthy relationship (don't ask) so I have zero experience in them.
to late, thanks to Cupcakes i've peeled back the venere of Ponyville ans seen the less savory tropes.
Black Pony Dies First, dystopia, Infered Holocost....
Now I just need to find the trope for the blade runner esk upper age limit, maybe Pinky Pie was right, every pony has a number, that's why there is only 2 adults in Ponyville.
