EP Villain...either a posion ivy expy, or a mad scientist inventor.

Pegasus Villain...a black knight...or...

...well, all of them could be an evil politician type too.

I am wonder exactly....what would Luna's responsabilites be as she slowly works her way onto equal footing with Celestia again?

Also, it's really old but I had abit of Fridge Brilliance about Celestia's mane. She had a pink mane when her and Luna where reigning together equally but over the last thousand years Celestia had been the sole ruler and goddess fo Equsestria. Maybe the Rainbowmane is a symbol of her office and power as the single leader and lord of the ponies?

Earth Pony could work as a Black Knight.

Pegasus could a weather specialist, makes storms with ease has great control over lightning.

I'd say Elements of Harmony but neither of the princesses got one for fighting Discord. Maybe it's residual energy from wielding all the elements at the same time?

The Pegasus in charge of the Cloudsdale weather factory could make for a cool villain. He'd start extorting the various cities around Equestria by demanding bits in exchange for good weather, and Celestia can't stop him herself because he could activate Cloudsdale's defence measures and start spewing out incredibly destructive weather all over Equestria.

Or she just grew into it like Luna grew into her starry mane

Well...Celestia was left doing the job that had originaly been meant for two all be herself. So it's possible the Eo H left her with a...boust...in power to help her out. That could be the source of the Mane Of Rainbows.

So that Friendship is Witchcraft episode. Anyone got any theories on what the x/9 is counting up to?

How would a pinch work with hooves? If he needs both hooves to pinch somebody that's not very efficient.

Wouldn't he need the support of his workers? Or would he have been stockpiling bad weather so he has enough?

Didn't Luna already have the mane 1000 years ago? Or was that just Nightmare Moon?

Hm...What kind of Mane will that leave Luna with when she's full grown then? Her stary one is neat and all but it's not quite on bar with Celestia's Rainbow one.

Luna's mane as it is now is her final form, I think. Celestia's mane isn't a rainbow; it's an Aurora, so it's more sun symbolism than anything else.

I assume there's a seperate pony in charge of the actual factory, but he'd probably have a lot of political power (enough to threaten the actual mayor perhaps)

I assume his motivation is simply "Equestria doesn't respect all of the pegasi's hard work, and they deserve to have to pay for the good weather they they usually just take for granted." (I imagine he keeps his dealings a secret and adds some of the extortion bits to his employee's wages)
