I'm not quite sure but it involves voting in a poll about what pony you'd want to be. Unfortunately for us all Earth Ponies are at 20%, Pegasi at 39% and Unicorns are at 40%.

Not much happening around here, except for Humans Are Insane discussions.

And I experienced The Magic Of Friendship tonight, when a friend showed extreme kindness and generosity to me and potentially saved my entire academic career...with the simple act of volunteering to cover my Sunday shift.

I'm taking him out tomorrow night as a thank you, and he's getting so much drink on me it'll be Monday before he's sober again!

I'd be worried about the relative lack of Earth Ponies. I like to have one warrior for every rogue/mage. Especially since not every Earth Pony is actually fighting, some are for logistics.

An Army of Assassins could work, if Griffons couldn't fly as well.
