@ Ginger: Sounds good. I don't think Trixie would have much respect for Zecora at first. Maybe changes her tune after seeing her deal with one of the animals of the forest.

It also feeds into my headcanon of Trixie being a good Enchanter, Alchemy is a logical progression.

Yeah, it's a really good idea, and I've been looking for a way to work Zecora into the story too, but I've already got Trixie improving her illusions on her own before any concievable point I where I could introduce Zecora, and it's actually a pretty important part of her character motivation that she do it on her own anyways.

In a fic idea I had it included Trixie saving her number 1 fan from a (relatively small scale but nonetheless dangerous) beast using her smoke bombs and such.

For anyone that might watch A Game Of Thrones or read A Song of Ice and Fire:

Fluttershy is the Mother compassionate, loving, and filled with mercy and kindness, but lethal when those she loves are threatened.

Rainbowdash is the Warrior strong, fierce, and proud, she protects and fights and champions. Her life is lived for her own passion (racing) and she builds everything around that.

Rarity is the Maiden lovely, young and full of life, with the capacity to be vain but a innocence and generosity that knows no bounds.

Twilight Sparkle is the Crone wise, clever and a proponent of calm thinking and plans. She is mystical and has with her the largest wisdom and experience of the seven, though weighed down by her own quirks she is still the best leader and councilor.

Applejack is the Father just true and strong, she shares much with the warrior but not rashness or hot headedness. Might, strength, and justice reign supreme with the Father, who watches over all and is the ultimate arbiter of truth.

Pinkie Pie is the Stranger odd, unusual, and oft to be outcast by others. She is ever changing and unpredictable, the patron off the outcasts and the reviled. There is greatest life in the stranger who wanders and lives life unbound by the laws of the Father or the ties of the Mother.

Spike is the Blacksmith hard working and determined, convinced that all he needs is strength to accomplish any goal and proud as the warrior with the gentleness of the mother. He is unbendable when set to a task.
