I saw that movie last night, and I approve.

If it did turn up in a future episode, then my Clairvoyance will have achieved Pinkie-sense levels of precision.

Thoughts on episode 10 S2:

I....

I have a complete and utter irrational dislike of this episode. I would say hate but that's to strong a word, it implies that this episode connected enough with me to invoke said emotion.

I just...Didn't like it. At all.

And the worst part is I can't even figure out why. Rarity is great here completely in character without going over the top and it's very fitting that she, the Element of generosity should be the one to bring Spike out of his crazy. The plot was solid (even though it gives me a headache on Dragon anatomy), the jokes where funny, the characterization was consistent but....

The pacing was off, Spike annoyed me, the Wonderbolts show up literally out of nowhere and add nothing to the plot, random things are just thrown in (Rarity's cloak making for example) and...this whole thing was just...off

In fact I would like to amend my previous statement, the idea of the plot is good, it's execution annoyed me. Things didn't quite jive right, the whole doctor sequence was a waste of time, that could have been spent on developing the plot, and Twilight should have gone to Zecora from the first, especially since she knows Zecora and has witnessed the potency of her cures and the extent of her knowledge.

I just...yeah. This one didn't do it for me.

I can understand that. I felt like for a Spike episode, there was very little of Spike acting like Spike.

And The Wonderbolts were there for the King Kong reference.

Also, I suppose you're now far enough along that I can start promoting myself: I've been doing a series of over-analytical reviews of all the season 2 episodes, if you find that kind of thing interesting.

My overview of season 2 thus far is complete!

Daw, I was expecting Puzzlemint. Well, I was thinking of this cartoon first...

So there was a Peter Pan anime awhile back (Peter Pan No Bouken), and one of the new characters is named Princess Luna. Who has a Super Powered Evil Side.

Luna is such a common name for moon-themed characters :V

true, just thought it was Hilarious in Hindsight since FIM is so darn popular. XD

So far I've watched all but the latest couple of episodes. I'm...rather hesitant to watch this episode, which, if what I heard is right, is where Spike goes Godzilla on people.

Thoughts on episode 11 S2:

Not really anything, truth be told. It defaintly a 4.5/5. It 50% Christmas special, 49% world building and plot and about 1% actual character content.

It was hilaorus, and for a Christmas special pretty entertaining. (Chancelor Puding takeing the cake!)

(My big question: What the hay is with that Equestria Banner? Why are Luna and Celestia on it when they have nothing to do with kingdom yet?)

And....with that I do belive I am caught up on all the episodes! Woop!
