I'd say that her overall body type is slim, but not anorexic. Probably around B cup, C at largest.

A little bit smaller than Celestia's, since she appears to be attempting to match Celestia's proportions, Celestia apparently being some sort of benchmark for attractiveness.

Thinking back on the episode, it occurs to me that, with the exception of Pinkie, everyone in the Mane Six has connections to some high-society member that isn't also in the cast.

Rainbow rescued half of the Wonderbolts, who recognized her at the Gala
Rarity, of course, seems to catch the eye of every socialite who wanders into Ponyville
Fluttershy was Photo Finish's star model for about a week
Twilight, of course, is the favored pupil of the Princess herself
And I'll bet that Soarin doubled Sweet Apple Acres' sales for a while after the Gala.

And Pinkie, at least, knows Twilight. I'm almost surprised that nobody recognized Twilight, but then I remembered that, despite being born in Canterlot, she didn't get out very much at all.

Not to mention the whole "frequent world-savers" thing, and all the other highly prominent things they've done, but I'll bet the socialite twits don't care about accomplishments, just connections.

New "Hearth's Warming Eve" synopsis!

The six friends are honored to put on Canterlot's most important play of the season, the Hearth's Warming Eve's holiday pageant that illustrates how Unicorns, Pegasi and Earth Ponies put aside their differences and founded Equestria.

This pretty much confirms that the story will be the same as (or at least similar to) the one from the Twilight Sparkle: Teacher for a Day app. Yay for continuity!
