Maybe they repaired it.

@Red Savant, Seriously, why does nobody ever consider there could be another gala, like it's annual or something? I mean come on!

^I would have expected a little bit of 'oh, yeah... we destroyed this place last time we were here, didn't we...' from them in that case.

Also, for what it's worth, I'm actually quite fond of JJ's style.

Rarity's gigglefit is adorable, yes. Everything Rarity does is adorable.

The only problem I have with placing it before The Best Night Ever is the fact that Rarity is writing the letter to Celestia, seemingly without prompt. The Gala could be an annual event, it would explain why Celestia is so bored with it.

Gah, you horde of ninja.

The Gala is annual, yes.

Hm... this must be the second year they've passed, then.

Well, regardless of the bizarreness of nopony having heard of Rarity, this episode did have Octavia, thus making it 20% cooler than it would've been had it not had her.

His art's not bad...though he can't quite seem to get Big Mac right.

I thought the GGG being Annual was Canon. Rarity and Pinkie mention always wanting to go.

[up][up][up][up]Not bad, just stagnant. His inability to do Big Mac justice is evidence of that.

I am still going with her being a courtesan, seeing as they branded those with fleur de lys. #girlycartoonandwhatnot
