I'd link you to the baker pony, but I'm at school right now, so yeah...

I don't think there's been a first one - I don't know exactly what he looks like, but I do recall he was old as all else, and I definitely haven't seen an old doctor pony. There was one of the new doctors in the show, though, number 5.
