People were linking to it as a Stock Phrase in the wiki any time anything that could be conceivably interpreted as an innuendo. I think making the phrase unusable was overkill, but I kinda understand the reason behind it.

It's not so much the "Behind the times" thing, it's the "she's got a REALLY short temper and uses her godly powers all willy nilly" thing

Celestia's probably the most benevolent leader around, and the Equestrians are STILL petrified of her. Imagine if they had a ruler like Luna, who has no qualms with getting visibly angry at a moments notice. XD

Or imagine if international negotiations went sour with Luna in charge.

Depend who is on other side of negocations, if it is some other immortal creature it can remember Luna from good times or be even her friend, horever they can be even more angry about that NM stuff.
