No, I thought you were just British, and I know that the British like to make jokes about the welsh, so I figured, you know, you'd find it funny. Which, as it happens, seems to have been the case. Just for a different reason than I intended.

Okay, well, yeah. I guess I should have said english, not british. The whole setup is odd to me. They're seperate countries, are they not? They're just 'colonies of the british empire', or something?

The new synopsis for The Mysterious Mare Do Well doesn't really say anything new but it does pretty much confirm that RD is going to fail hard at doing anything heroic. In fact it's probably going to be like Lesson Zero in that Rainbow is going to see problems where their really aren't any and make them worse with her antics.

Hey, how much you want to bet that she is the only pony who calls herself the Hero of Ponyville. (Scootaloo doesn't count)

x4 Though they are seperate countries (and note that only 6 of the 32 counties of Ireland are still under British rule) with their own governments, they are all British.

Imagine Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as states, and the British Government in Westminster as the Federal Government. Note that England does not have it's own assembly. They are ruled directly from Westminster (so imagine a state that takes direct orders from the Feds).

Some want an English assembly. But this is all boring politics and not pony related so without further ado;

Speaking of international ponies, new German episodes were just released . Gonna watch "Green isn't your Color" in German right now (as per usual, the German title is boring "Fluttershy on the catwalk").

@Applelight : Oh yes, for a couple months now, I think.

@story : I'm kinda glad you asked ^^, since dubbing and translations are a big passion of mine, especially comparing the English, German and French versions (which I also watch). I would say the German dubbing is not horrible, I even like quite a lot of it, for German standards (which are not ideal). More details maybe later, if anypony is interested, but just that:

Flutterguy is amazing in all three versions ^^

Switzerland is multilingual, French, Italian and a VERY crazy version of German.

Europe is not as obvious as you might think.

For example, there is no Belgium language. The Belgiums speak either French, Flemish or German depending on region.
