Thanks, Matt. I am actually pretty darn happy with it, I'm just disappointed that I didn't get to the second half where I would have actually told the story of the Forest King in the style of the Nightmare Moon intro from the first episode. As it was, I only finished this part an hour after the submission deadline.

To put it briefly, a fic where Harry is instead a girl(The titular Rose), and instead of being an averagely competent and perfectly ordinary but very well-meaning wizard with good friends, is a violent, callous, holier than though witch with a multitude of special powers including being a Metamorphmagi, having several abilities either stated to be obscenely difficult or outright impossible by canon such as fully turning into an animal outside of her animagus state and using wandless magic by virtue of druidic training that makes her better. Also, she's totally not a lesbian.

Basically it was an attempt at a fix-fic by an author with nearly diametric values to Rowling. And fun fact! Despite wandless magic being posited as one of the druids big special things in the story, in canon druids were noted for being exceptional wandmakers. Go figure.

   Well, there may or may not have been an explosion about this time last week. Which may or may not make me appreciate the lack of them since. You just have to take these things one day at a time.
