@ Mio

Your right. It must be the muscles.

I've pretty much given up on making AJ a big girl too btw. It's not working.

Re: EqG airing. That's really weird. I mean, they had no issue running a 22 minute episode in a 30 minute time slot, so why does 66 in 90 suddenly become a problem?

Yeah, if my calculations are correct, they should do commercial breaks every 15 minutes, averaging 4 to 5 which should give enough time to show the whole thing with plenty of time for advertizing.

@DARKABOMINATION: My suggestion would be to watch Transformers: headmasters after G1 as it properly ends the original series. Also, it's too bad that the other seasons like armada aren't on Netflix yet.

they should do commercial breaks every 15 minutes,
I think the Hub uses two commercial breaks in each half hour, not one every 15 minutes.

[up][up]I blame Angel. Somehow.

And really unnecessary given that the animals were probably going to do that anyway.

Angel wrote a script to vote for her over and over.

No guys it wasn't Angel, it was his cousin Thumper. He just wanted to be neighbourly so he decided to vote for her but he may have over did it with the voting. On a serious note, I have ordered Phoenix Wright Justice for All and hopefully occupy me before college starts.

When Spike found out Angel was trumping his Rarity who had significant lead for a while, he grabbed a pile of gems and went Godzilla on the little bastard. But sadly the damage had been done, so he contented himself by soundly beating him black and blue to the cheers of the other animals who were quietly taking bets.

"I'm sorry, we could not load you Fluttershy EXE. Please try again tomorrow when your not being a douche." And that's when Angel decided to be a character no one liked.

I'm not usually one to share my personal problems with everyone, but I feel like I should share this.

A couple of weeks ago, my mom started having difficulty using her right hand, and we've all treated it like it was a simple case of carpal tunnel. I just got a call a moment ago from her, and she told me that her doctor determined it wasn't carpal tunnel, but was actually a symptom of a minor stroke. They said they found some blockage in her heart that may have broken off and caused it.

She's going to get a second opinion this week, but it's very likely she's going to require surgery. The reasonable half of me says everything should be fine, since the complication rate for cardiac surgery is fairly low, but I still can't help but feel scared at what might happen.

Well, I certainly hope that everything goes smoothly. At least they figured it out fairly quickly rather than waiting and letting it get worse.

@ Zombie, hope everything goes well.

My mom.. is just being a freaking moron. She just quite her job she had for over ten years, full time, full health and retirement benefits, the works.. over a single argument with one of the managers...

I know how that feels. My aunt has to deal with a second bout of ovarian cancer after the doctors couldn't remove some infected areas causing the problem. So she's had to go through a year and a half of medical treatments that have left her weak and barely able to stand.

My advice is to just not stress over it. Find something else to occupy your time. What will be, will be and undue amounts of stress and anxiety won't change anything or do you any good. A Nd it'll leave you with more strength so if something does go wrong, you'll be there for her.

To be fair, it might be cumulative, there. with Ten years worth, depending on her managers it's very possible that there's some shit going on for a looooong time. I know my mum is keeping an eye on a job offer from a company in the city near her despite being the most senior person at her office by a solid haf a decade or more, for that very reason.

@Irish: Yeah, gonna agree with Dark. Friend of mine had a ruptured lung recently, and sadly there's really nothing you can do, so it's not worth stressing over it. Be there for her when you can, try and relax when you can't.

Thanks, everyone. I'm feeling a bit calmer now, I think that having all of this dumped on me over the course of one conversation kind of overwhelmed me a bit.
