And now my mom just called to get an update on my life and I had to explain why my job search has been completely fruitless and that I have no idea how I'm going to be able to get by once school starts up again. And she informed me that my nephew is getting baptized this weekend, which is great and all, but I'm not up to dealing with all the drama fallout from his parent's recent divorce on top of trying to avoid well-intended and reasoned but demeaning lectures on what I need to do to not fail at life.

is happier than the original. Though more of a calm you'll get through this rather than the agressively cheery first theme.

And no its never made clear where Fluttershy gets her money. The general fannon tends to be bits from pet sitting, taking care of ponies' pets. Or a stipend from the town for taking care of wild animals around town. Kind of being the town's animal control/gamekeeper.

She might also get paid for stuff like the bunny census.

That actually shows up again in season 2 Dragon Quest, but they totally missed the opportunity for a C All Back.
