I think that would be pretty uncomfortable.

I think the comic books generally come out on Wednesdays, but the next issue, Micro-series #6, won't be until July 10; the next book that's coming out is the second chapter book, Pinkie Pie and the Rockin' Ponypalooza Party!, on July 2.

I still need to hunt down a copy of the guide book.

Considering I don't have a daughter, I would call up her real father. Liam Neeson.

So Sombra's a Dalek?

[up][up]Sombra kidnapped Liam Neeson's daughter from you? What were you doing with Liam Neeson's Daughter?
Irish Zombie avatar

Nah, it doesn't really matter if it's his daughter or not. I just have to call him and tell him that his daughter's been kidnapped by Sombra, and Sombra should be intimidated enough to just surrender on the spot.

Currently watching EQG. I'm at the part where four of the girls are starting to discover they've been manipulated into hating each other, and I can't help but shout at them, "THIS IS WHY YOU TALK TO EACH OTHER!"

Truth in Television, kids are stupid.

Also, I have done no good writing tonight but I do think that having a photographer on the crew is a good idea. Their dream can be to photograph from a certain near mystical place, and document their journeys. Also photos are useful for reconnaissance and, if the situation calls for it, persuasion.

Question is, what happened to the human Twilight? Is she living a lonely life at another school thinking her friends abandoned her?

My headcannon is that she's living in Humanville.

Now I'm up to the part where the entire school cleans up the mess Snips and Snails made, and Sunset Shimmer informs us that cleaning up the mess was exactly what she wanted them to do. This is reaching Death Note levels of planning. Soon you'll tell me that she planned whatever happens at the very end, too.

Well her plan doesn't make much sense, so that's debatable.

I don't think human Twilight ever knew the rest of the girls. Pinkie mentions her like someone she's seen around a few times but doesn't know personally.

Okay, finished. I liked it well enough. It wasn't as good as the show itself manages to be at times, but it's also not nearly as bad as the show's worse episodes, so I'd rate it somewhere in the middle. There were plenty of things that made me laugh, and the songs were if not terribly memorable (with the possible exception of the one in the cafeteria, which I thought was going to segue into some rip of "We Will Rock You"), at least serviceable.

The plot did lose a bit of coherency somewhere around the climax, though. I just... I have no idea how everything that happened there happened.

Irish: Sunset wanted Snips and Snails to trash the assembly room. She didn't want them to do so much damage that the dance had to be rescheduled.
And, since today is apparently National Jump To Conclusions Day...

[up]Oh, I get that now that I've watched the whole thing. It's just that it didn't make much sense at the time that her plan involved trashing the gym, then the girls cleaning the gym so that the dance could happen on schedule.

As for the plot, I just apply the MST3K Mantra. Though I do wonder how Equestria would react to a few hundred brainwashed teenagers suddenly appearing through the portal.
