I almost feel like Miyamoto would find pony on his own.
But that would be pretty dang awesome. OR the company that's doing the Fantastic 101 game. Frankly any kind of licensed game to a decent studio could be great.

I've always felt the most likely company to make a "core" MLP game is High Moon Studios, and that's only because they seem to have built a good relationship with Hasbro with their Transformers games but its still a stretch. Are there bronies at High Moon? An even more important question, would Activision (who owns High Moon and publishes the Transformers games) want to publish a MLP game?
Who else would be willing to publish a MLP game? Maybe Ubisoft (Imagine Rayman Legends, but with ponies!). Could Hasbro get one of the Japanese publishers like Square Enix to publish?

Too bad Takara ditched the pony licenses, they used to be good pals with Hasbro. Getting Hudson Soft and Takara to make a pony game would have been BOSS.

No, no no no. No giving ponies to Ubisoft. No giving them anything until they get off their butts and make Beyond Good and Evil 2, dammit.
@Edd: Huh, they did Bayonetta? That's interesting. I may have to try that game out, then. I'd heard that Platinum was made up of a lot of ex-Clover Studios guys, and I loved Viewtiful Joe.
Doublefine could come up with something neat mechanically, but their sense of humour is way to bleak for the series. Telltale might make an interesting game.

I can't remember the last time Nintendo made a licensed game. I'm trying to be realistic here! :P
Come to think of it, Telltale would be a great fit. They already have some experience with working with licenses (The Walking Dead for example) and an Adventure Game could easily appeal to all ages. As cool as it might sound, we'll never get a dark and gritty RPG set in Equestria's ancient past.

Greetings everyone. Downed a cup of Pinkie's brew, and feeling pretty good this morning.
Something in the art style of Wind Waker would be great. The cartoony graphics made it a lot easier to play for me, so it's been my favorite Zelda.
