Why do people write Applejack and Applebloom as using "ya'll" to refer to a single person? No one does that.

This happens in the show.
Applejack doesn't use y'all incorectly in the show. People just don't realise that y'all is only used for plural.
Interestingly enough, "you" used to be plural as well. "Thou" is the singular. But it was considered respectful to refer to people in plural, and it became so common, the singular was lost.

That anypony/everypony can be annoying some times in fandom. In show ponies use anyone/everybody when non ponies are around, but in fanworks some times ponies act like they don't know words like "everybody".
Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.
