I've been following the Japanese dub of the show. Apparently Gilda says "kuso" once or twice in Griffon the Brush-Off. Values Dissonance between the English and Japanese languages being what it is, this will likely result in the fansubs having her swear in English (likely "Damn!"). Japanese MLP is hardcore?

I dunno. If Celestia pretty much fails to do anything directly up until she's 'depowered', but kicks ass as an Earth Pony, then it feels like an upgrade by default.

@story: That "Twilight Sparkle Hot Minute" thing did have some oddly specific questions/ answers regarding Celestia and Luna/ Star Swirl. But I have no idea how much the actual staff beyond the VA's have say in those things.

I'm sorta surprised we haven't seen Star Swirl yet, seeing that he's played a pretty big role in S3.
